The paddy burning is in Haryana too. I believe paddy growing has to banned in these two states for 3 years for the time being. The obstinate farmers need to be taught very harsh lesson now but I am 100% sure that ALL politicians would be too scared to do that!!!

I give you 100% guarantee that government of opposition will also have NO answer to pollution because they had none last time too!!! The actual solution will require National Emergency due to harshness of steps required.
