Guha is doubtless an erudite scholar and prolific writer on variety of subjects under the sun with flare. His writings are not always fair, they are highly prejudiced about BJP, in particular about PM Sri Narendra Modi. In the process the articles also stand to lose their objectivity. One need not always agree with the views of PM or BJP, one has the right to differ but they should be honest. That is what one would expect from the pen of a political thinker of Sri Guha's standing. Therefore let us not carry this debate too far. Let us give it a decent burial.
