I am waiting to see:
1-FGM outlawed. Should not be done without consent of female, and not until she reaches 18 years of age.
2-MGM outlawed. Should not be done without consent of the boy, till he is 21.
3-Animal sacrifice outlawed for ALL religions.
4-Supreme court decreeing that a particular religion is NOT minority, just like Uttar Pradesh High Court has decreed.

We have to apply our mind

Anybody can give opinions on anything. If it is a decision it must be absolutely correct for every time ,every age,and everyone.Sabarimalai Forest hill is a terrain where one cannot find a place on the slopes towards the river with a little privacy to pee.It will be threatening to see the wider expanse, with fear in mind of the presence of wild animals.Women cannot go there, cannot get the required privacy for such things; they can not sleep on the slopes on the sides of the climbing path as men do.Men by nature are lustful without exception towards womenfolk unrelated to him.In such a climate the Temple had rightly decided not to let women exposed to such potentialities for rape, molestation etc.If a lady cries also no one knows whether she is hauledup by a wild animal or molested by man .The temple or religion had it's liberty to say things in the way it likes. But the result is every woman without exception had been well treated and protected there because of the age.No use telling after molestation or rape"Oh! so many people have been molested.Lord Ayayya does not come in the picture. We must apply our mind, whoever may say anything in the way he likes , and understand that this practice had not hurt a single woman there in any way so far all through the ages .We want no woman being get hurt there.THAT IS ABSOLUTE>Any relaxation is open invitation to rape or molestationR.PONNAMBALAM

Shrine Discipline

Every part of life has discipline viz. school, court, road, hospital, temple, mosque, gurudwara, platform, airport etc.,etc., court should not intervene on all such issues.
Whereas court must intervene if it is inhuman issue under a cover of religion.

true!!
any thing and everything related to civil, criminal or constitutional must certainly be regulated by SC judges for they have mastery on those subject and its laws but must not entertain or pass judgement on issues related to religion and faith as they are not either chaturvedi's or master of dharmic laws... its better they leave it to respective religious heads... will the court accept legal documents signed by a lay man instead of Notary public?? why don't they trust a fellow citizen who has got all credible adhaar and other identity proofs but only a govt / gazette officers who in majority are some way or the other corrupt ???!! these judges seems to have left behind their common senses before involving them into such cases and pronouncing the verdict or may be they were compelled to do so by few political leaders!! either ways this is unwelcome. will these judges send their wifes and their daughters to the shrine in order to implement the verdict as a first case??!!
courts were created to mend broken laws and not to bend beliefs and faith... out of court is always best for such issues.

For many of us , some oe who sits in his drawing room, sipping cocktails and bull sh^ts- this practice needs to be abolished, that practice needs to be abolished ( because I hereby declare it is AWFUL), courts should do this, courts should do that.. and so on, is the person who need to be abolished .

That big mouthed idiot who passes judgments at will is the real danger to society because people get confused . These people do one thing and one thing only . Muddy the waters in the name of OPINIONS.

OPINIONS my a$$. Every worthless dk head in this counry has an opinion.

But at the end of the day does the OPINION help the citizens to unite for a common cause or confuse them and resign ?
