At the center, BJP is pretty much a monopoly party. The strongest mandated party so far. And Chmcha party and their allies are a bunch of stray creatures compared to BJP. But still, chmcha party and allies managed to obstruct the parliament , disrupted, created ruckus and never let the parliament function normally. That is their quality.
BJP on the other hand, even when was in opposition behaved responsibly . They are not a bunch of hooligans like scum parties like Congress and allies.

Majority in the coalition should stake claim and form Government not the other way round. Congress knew that JDS will not support them and they wanted to hide the defeat of president. Congress lost 15 ministers and HDK was CM for only two years. So it was convinence than coalition.
