In these states second majority party is Chief Ministers. Accordingly Congress candidate should be the Chief Minister in Karnataka. But... a 37 MLAs party who lost deposit in 147 seats candidate is Chief Minister.

Do you know in the past, communist canvas against congress in Kerala border while they were supporting congress in Tamil Nadu. So, loudspeakers turn back exactly at the state border. Trust me, they are lowlifes, no policies or goals for a better nation
