This mandate was against Congess Government ruling. Now, people of Karnataka will punish both Congess & JdS in the next election. They will be gone for forever. Just wait & watch.
Hope the opportunistic combined alliance is able to give a stable govt to the State . I feel it may bcoz, both badly need it , the2nd looser, Congress to show that its leader has won the battle and for the 3rd looser , bcoz he knows the 2nd has propped him up and cannot afford to pull the rug from under his feet . Time will tell, best wishes to them.

Dewe Gowda has an ambition that son must become CM of karnataka again and he will never listen to Modi as with weak Congress, his son has more scope to complete full term as CM even with 39 members.
