are fallible humans. One such particularly fallible judge is Dipak Misra, the CJI. This man never ought to have become CJI or even an SC judge or any judge at all. He has the dubious distinction of being the only CJI ever to have been convicted in a corruption case.
When such a fallible man is the CJI, it is no wonder that an SC bench recently dismissed the demand for a fresh inquiry into the death of Judge Loya ignoring overwhelming evidence presented regarding the suspect nature of the manner of death that was claimed by the state !!
Judges are humans indeed. Some of them (Chandrachud is another one who is so visibly fallible) are so fallible as humans that they let the cat out of the bag all too often about their fallibility !
They fall all too easily to the threats and inducements sent by big time thieves who happen to wield executive power !
Ravi Shankar Prasad fed the Negro brahmin, Nirmala Sitharaman a laddoo in full view of TV cameras when the BJP was leading briefly in 119 seats in Karnataka !
The next moment, the BJP crashed to 104 seats and has been desperately labouring to purchase JDS MLAs ever since !!
