The time provided for completing the procedures is very short for oath of 221 newly elected members. In view of completing the exercise, I feel the better course would be to appoint 2 pro tem speakers and complete oath by 4 pm to start floor test. Any delay may cause problems and also possibility of proceedings late at night or to conduct floor test next day in view of late proceedings. It is better to expedite oath taking and take up floor test at 4 P.M. as directed by apex court to fall in line with the directions instead of inviting complications requiring further hearing by apex court to decide the disputed matters/ issues since 2 blocks interests are different and will try to raise issues in every proceeding.
bench had no option other than to silently accept the argument that it must conform to the precedent set by the CJI Khehar led 3 judge bench in April, 2017 hurriedly advancing the floor test in the newly constituted Goa assembly to help the post poll alliance between the BJP and 2 local parties form the govt !!
what is the role of governor in our country if court can change the governor order. whatever floor test will be tomorrow we should follow it and if bjp get pass mark then what new issue create congress that also be a interesting .

You are talking as if the Governor is under the directions Central Govt.
To make a point, always Governors, Judiciary and all tops posts will be appointed by majority party with their like minded people. This is normal around the world.
Even congress has done same many many times earlier.
Dont think if BJP done is wrong and when Congress done is correct or vice-versa.

First the judges should ask the congress and JDS by offering CM post and forming an alliance post election is it not a bribe
