IF THE DECISION OF KARNATAKA IS RIGHT, THEN THE WRONG DOINGS IN GOA, BIHAR AND MANIPUR SHOULD BE CORRECTED FIRST. WILL THEY DO THAT CORRECTION?

THE KARNATAK ASSEMBLY IS FACING POLITICAL PROBLEMS TO FORM THE GOVT.iHAD REQUESTED TH ELECTION COMMISSION OF KARNATA/iNDIA , THERE IS EVERY POSSIBILITY OF GETTING CLEAR MAJORITY TO ANY PARTY. hENCE, PLEASE TAKE AN AFFIDAVIT BY THE CONTESTING PARTIES, IN CASE NOT GET CLEAR MAJORITY BY YOUR PARTY, WITH WHOSE PARTY YOU FORM THE GOVT, WITH MAJORITY. IF THE ELECTION COMMISSION DID A SMALL MIND IN THIS REGARD,THE PRESENT PROBLEM IS MOT AT ALL GOING TO FORM THE GOVT. AT LEAST BEFORE COUNTING ITSELF COULD BE TAKEN AFFIDAVIT IN THIS REGARD. SIMPLY KEEPING A EVN MACHINE BEFORE VOTERS IS NOT A BIG RESPONSIBILITY. EVERY VOTER INTENTION SHOULD BE REACHED TO ASSEMBLY/ PARLIAMENT DIRECTLY NOT THROUGH POLITICAL AGENTS LIKE JDS OF KARNATAK.iF ANY POLITICAL PARTY IS READY TO MAKE ALLIANCE WITH SINGLE OR MULTPLE PARTIES, THEY SHOULD ALLIANCE PRIOR TO FILING OF NOMINATION PAPERS AND MAKE ALLAINCES AT THE TIME OF CONTESTING ITSELF. NOT AFER DECLARARION OF ELECTION. SUPPOSE I AM ONE OF THE JDS VOTER, I REJECTED CONGRESS AND VOTED FOR JDS. WHEN JDS LEADER MADE ALLIANCE WITH CONGRESS, THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF MY CASTING THE VOTE. WHY SOULD I VOTE IN ELECTION ? ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA AND JUDICIAL THINK OVER THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE MATTER. OTHERWISE NO MEANING IN CHEATING POLITICIANS TO THE DEMOCRACY. If at all Congress and RJD feel that they have majority, they should bring no confidence motions in GOA and Bihar assemblies. Or else governer should ask respective governments to prove their majority in house.

Pls Read History of Indian Parliament Carefully . Rajiv Gandhi is the Person Responsible for Getting IT & Telecom Revolution in INDIA. On The Floor of the House Respected Atal Ji Had Said that The Then PM Rajiv Gandhi will get get all jobs done by Computers & People will lose their Jobs . They Had Named him Computer Wala . So What you See Digital India Now The seeds of it were Sown By Rajiv Gandhi Despite Strong Opposition . That same IT Industry went on to become the largest Foreign exchange earner & Also Largest Employer of Engineers in India & Abroad as well !

Rajiv Gandhi as I remember was bent on India getting Computerized and took it upon himself despite everyone opposing it. And today India is at the top of the world only because of his persistence. The leftists who at that time were a force to reckon with were totally against it. Today as we see it, this one act everyone would agree, deserved a Bharat Ratna. If not for this one act, we would not have even been expressing our views over here.
The case of SR Bommai was of no-confidence motion against a government which had earlier proved majority at beginning of tenure. The present case is of events before even swearing in of CM claimant. So, the roles of governors in the two cases are totally incomparable!!!
Ministry's support must be tested in House and not by governor !29 years ago, Karnataka was hurled into a huge political crisis after MLAs withdrew support to S R Bommai's Janata Dal ministry. As the governor recommended that the chief minister be dismissed and President's Rule imposed in the state, then President R Venkataraman disagreed with Rajiv Gandhi's Cabinet and argued that 'the question whether a ministry commanded the confidence of the assembly should be tested in the House and not by the governor.' this time MLA Join better then Fevicol !
