This is called Modigiri. Once upon a time he was a honest politician. But Amitbhai changed him to what he is now. The future of BJP is bleak. Amitshah will take Modi back to 2002.
I think constitution should be amend for situation like this. These constitutional laws are very old and as per political situation of that time. But now the political situation is different due to large number of political parties contesting election. In future it is very difficult for a single party to get 33% of total seat.
I partly agree. If the JDS and Cong form a govt, it will not last for 1 year. However if BJP forms the govt, it will last the full 5 years if BJP wins centre in 2019. Congress will ditch JDS at a time of its choosing.

in the first instance, stop the whole process of election in the country and let BJP decide who has to be in administration ...
anyway, if the BJP is unable to buy MLAs (which is an anti-national activity), they would certainly misuse/abuse the powers and would recommend dessolution of assembly and conduct election...
Breaking news: Governor of Karnataka changes mind. Invites the manager of Eagleton resort invited for becoming CM. He alone has 116 MLA's with him right now. Yediyurappa asked to submit resignation. All are happy. A happy ending to the people's verdict.

Honesty, sincerity, ethics and following values are the most important pillars of not only our democracy, but also these are the pillars of Hin duism on which we have set up the society / nation.
The recent unethical acts by BJP in the country, especially in Karnataka (hence can be called anti-national), which was also supported by many (paid agents, who have since become anti-national), including some paid TV channels, certainly aids in destroying the fundamental values. The so called saviors of Hin dus themselves indulging in unethical acts (due to which their credibility has become questionable now), which are against the values of Hin dus, and hence one must wonder what kind of society is going to be built with such people who do not have any ethics.
Such acts would not only destroy the fabric of society, but would also be detrimental to the larger interest of the nation in the days to come. Not only that, it would turn the citizen into dishonest and unethical ones.

Whatever you say it is true to some extent but will you provide a name of any of the parties who may have brought the name of the country so high in the world. I do agree BJP may have committed errors simultaneously you will agree that those who work are bound to commit errors but people's job is to see their good work not the errors. I am not favouring any one but only to mention the reality.
