He is from Bangladesh, it is natural he is ignorat to Indian culture and society. Mere affilation to a religious organisation is not the criteria to become a CM. He proved it. After becoming CM, he is behaving like a wise and knowlegable man but his qualification is not sure. Even it is not sure he went to school or not.
Sad he did not complete his schooling for some reason or other.He should be asked to complete his primary and secondary education first.After he completes his 10th std he will not make such mistakes.

Inevitable conclusion is that the PM choses such CMs and Ministers who do not have true and correct knowledge, and have probably degrees which are dubious, so that those people could make such statements, further so that his own statements of "plastic surgery" of Ganesha get faded. We know of an IPS, Police Commissioner (now retd.and became MOS in Delhi) who has displayed similar lack of proper learning. It is the same reason that Patanjali, Ramdev, Ayurveda etc.etc. have been given such big promotion and publicity in India. A preliminary step should be to check their credentials, especially relating to their education or lack of it.

British built excellent dams, bridges, railways, gave equitable Justice system, modern education system by opening universities, etc which rapidly improved the living and intellectual standards of common people. British modern medical services reduced death rate and increased life-span. 4. English language helped India to become a tech & educational power in the world today, in spite of some shortcomings. 5. British rule considerably weakened the barbaric caste-system, superstitions, ignorance, etc strongly rooted in Indian psyche, though remnants remain. 6. No doubt Hinduism is the most secular, literature-rich religion, but Indians live in delusion—believing ancient Indian literature has all sci & tech; in 2000 BC, literacy was 90%, all were rich; Indian economy 27% of world economy in 1700, etc. These are all lies invented by scoundrels to fool Indians. Before the British, Indians were living in poor & pathetic conditions. INDIANS SHOULD DEVELOP PRAGMATI
