Why not and Who can stop him to be if he is the unanimous choice of all opposition parties when they get majority of LS seates in 2019.Those who are denying him is working overtime to please themselves.Time spares none mind it?
1. More number of people unemployed - Failed to fulfill his promise to create 2 cr jobs 2. More number soldiers and civilians died along the borders - Modi like an empty vessel, makes more noise and less result oriented works. 3. Instead of allowing his colleagues within BJP to grow, Modi suppressing the political career of the others.
Modi Highly insensitive, irresponsible and NATAKA man who has never taken any accountability for the steps he has taken, e.g., hundreds died due to DeMo, but he never opened his mouth nor has he felt sorry for them.

Becoming PM does not require any parameter in current scenario. Congress can make anyone PM if comes into power.

No Sanjeev, by abberation a chaiwala has become a prime minister in India for the first time, like that poor and feebly built rustic villager called Lalbahadur Shastry had become a Prime Minister by accident. These Modi and shastry are all far removed from the proprietors of the Congress party and how could they occupy high seats while the Royal dynast is awaiting coronation ? The fifth head in a row. There is no limit set by anyone for dreaming! I am also dreaming to earn more than Anil Ambani. Similarly Mulayam, Mamta, Kejriwal, Akhilesh, Mayawati, Tejaswi etc. etc. are also dreaming for the post.
There is no harm if Rahul is dreaming of becoming PM. Only concern is whether his own friends will vote for him? Atleast Patriotic Hindu will not vote for him due to his anti hindu approach.

Actually his has been one man show in the Govt. & 1.5 man show in the Party.There are many qualified people in the ministry but all the decisioins like "DeMO","GST","BULLET_tRAIN" etc have been thrust on the cabinet hence the failure & difficulties to the general Public.
