Very unfortunate for India. But this is the problem with one man show. Modi meant BJP and BJP meant Modi. And promises larger than possible to practically fulfil disappointed the majority.

You should be neutral but I find that you are always negative. You should be ashamed of negativity. Sack your negative thinking journalists otherwise you will soon perish.

This Krishna Prasad is a handy writer for rediff for defaming Modiji and BJP. The "analyses" is one-sided, slanting towards Congress and appears an engineered one. Let us wait for the results and then comment on this article.

Well as someone has said in earlier post it is nature's law that all waves wane after some time. It is unfortunate that Indian media is always against Anti BJP Anti Modi and hence they do not report anything good that has happened in this country since Mr Modi became PM. Majority of people are in the non taspayer group but they want all the freebies free. If we of do not pay taxes how will any govt run the country As far as demonitaisation is concerned it would be interesting to know how many common people have really been effected. To assess this you should see the crowd in front of Jewellery shops and shops selling wine beer etc. Modi wave may have waned but not completely collapsed as your expert says.

A handful of big industrialists evade immensely more tax money than what the rest of the entire population does. These men also routinely default on repayment of lakhs of crores of rupees they take in loans from public sector banks. And the govt of India writes off such huge bad loans known as NPAs with the taxes paid by commoners under the garb of bank recapitalisation.........Jean Dreze (development economist who contributed to designing the MNREGA and has published several reviews and articles on the PDS) !
What Mr Jean Dreze did not add on considerations of political correctness is that it is such men like Anil Ambani, Gautam Adani, Anil Agarwal, Ruia, Dhoot, Mittal...... (who steal immensely more each year than what the entire body of 2.5 crore govt officials take in bribes, commissions, etc) who cause much more harm to the commoners interests than all those ordinary tax evaders and ordinary thieves do !!
And, of course, the Congress and the BJP governments will not and cannot move the slightest against such gigantic thieves only because it is these men who fund their elaborate election campaigns !!
