Kapil Sibal and Prashant Bhushan are hand in glove with each other and are rogues in the country. The press conference held by four judges earlier was a back stage drama played by these bastards in collusion with communists. When overruled by CJI, they wanted to take revenge. In fact, all these four judges must have been taken to task when they held Press conference in violation of conduct & discipline rules of their service.
If they cannot unite together, how can they expect people of India to get united. SC is basically family operated private limited company from 1950 onward. They never bothered for the feelings of people, rather on many occasions created riot like situations in the country. They never bothered to eradicate corruption in judicial system backed by Police, number of working days in courts are minimum, whereas cases are increasing day by day. All judges are interested in their salary, perqs. and retiral benefits and Maharaja like life for ever.
The Government at the Centre has killed many institutions.What is important is fairness.The judiciary seems to be compromised to a large extent.There is no RTI,no Lokpal ,no Lokayuktas.Only Mafia is prospering.Thank you Prashant Bhushan Sir. I am with you.
These four Pseudo-intellectual judges along with rogue practitioners of law in the highest judicial court of the land are out to subvert the spirit of the constitution and erode the elements of faith and confidence in the institutions and institutional authorities. The process was systematically started by Mr Jawaharlal Nehru after his conflicts with Sardar Patel, Rajendra Prasad, Fear of Military taking over the reigns of the country and thereby his splitting the unified Military Command into three separate wings of Airforce, Military and Navy and disbanding the unitary commanding officer of the three wings together. Later Mrs Indira Gandhi with over zeal continued the process and again systematically eroded and devalued the authorities of the institutions of President, Vice President, Governors and Judges of the High Courts and Supreme Courts by interfering in their functioning. The largest number of constitutional amendments brought about by her during her Prime Ministership testify the sinister designs with which all this was done. The present mischievous activities of congress activists is nothing but a continuing process of that sinister design.
