Idiotic Discussion Rediff
by SERP Santi on May 09, 2018 08:13 AM  | Hide replies

"Residents of Aravali Apartment in Alaknanda in south Delhi and people offering namaz at a local mosque are locked in a dispute over the devout occupying road space and blocking traffic in the area. The residents had filed a contempt petition against Delhi Police after the Delhi high court passed an order in January last year asking the cops to ensure that the prayers were offered within the walls of the mosque."- April 21, 2010.
The above fact is not related with any rightist. At that time there is no existence of BJP so what you will tell. The reality is RELIGION SHOULD NOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE ROAD. Those who brings and those who supports both are communal and their intention is bad. Religion should exist withing the periphery of Mosque like the Temple and Church people accustomed.

100% correct.I have been a resident of Tughlakabad Extension. In TB Extension, Okhla Industrial Area, i have personally been trapped many times. Entire road is blocked for traffic during Namaz by putting barricades while thousands offer namaz on main road. This all goes unchallenged. Locals have been pissed off, schools get over that time and i have seen kids sweating inside school van and with their moms on scooty to suffer in the interim.

Namaaz objections
by daniel thorat on May 09, 2018 08:05 AM  | Hide replies

If Modi/RSS/Shah were not in power, this sudden crisis would not have ever arisen. What has not happened through past 70 years is being falsely alleged by the RSS parivar. But, Modi is absolutely mum and thereby supporting these things. Not good for our country.

People of the country also like them taking opportunity in the name of secular or communal. Your intention is to allow religion on the road but why? Dear be impartial not judge like a politician.

Worship on Roads v/s today’s society!
by Dinesh Kumar Baradwaja on May 09, 2018 08:04 AM  | Hide replies

The present Congress proved to be provocative and established their mandate of dividing society on cast, religion to continue the colonial concepts. In the modern society every religion is evolving against the ‘so called’ pseudo-secular threats. The claims of Captain Ajay Singh Yadav, Congress leader that ‘BJP to disrupt ‘namaaz’ is again indication of political strategy of a national party dividing the society ? The consensus of establishing a discipline on all civil matters which should include prayers is need of the hour for country development.

In airports, there is a secluded place where you can do namaz or yoga. For namaz, I think Muslims prefer mosques or home. Public places are not good.
