Please allow the courts to function 6 days a week in view of the heavy backloads of pending cases. Also the Courts should work throughout the year and only the Hon Judges should be allowed to take the prescribed period of their privileged vacation/holidays.
For over 60 years during the dynasty rule, Judiciary was reduced to a vcaged parrot. Every dynasty PM meddled with the judicial processes. The 4 judges who revolted were either congress or left supporters and were appointed by the dynasty only for their political leanings. The Government, esp PM Modi, wants to control not only Executive, Legislative, Teasury but also judiciary. He wants to be the PM, CEC, CJ,etc etc.His attempt to usurp all powers in his hand should be nipped in the bud. Else, Gujerat will be repeated all over India.
Judiciary is no more a forum or an opportunity for the aggrieved to expect justice or redressal as many judges are corrupt n pass illegal n fraudulent orders and there is no accountability expect pass the buck on the poor to go on a higher forum in appeal n so on keep wasting time money and spend whole life on false hopes.Complaints to Law Ministry and Registrar General in fraudulent practices are also not heard. The poor and helpless citizens have no choice but remain betrayed for trusting this system.
