Judiciary

Have they ever bothered for people sentiments. Have they tried to remove the corruption in lower courts where under the nose of a judge, daily Peshkar and Reader takes bribe. Common man does not have faith in judicial system, why. They consider superior to all.
Drastic reforms are needed in judicial system.

Threat from within ... and without
by Vijay Sahani on May 04, 2018 10:50 AM

Threat to judiciary if from within, no doubt about it.

But there is a threat from without also. That threat is to all institutions who try to challenge the supremacy of One person. It was Indira Gandhi during 1975-77. It s Modi in 2014-19.

...Judges and lawyers are in cohut with each other to gain financial gains.

...Judges delay the court proceedings to dilute the real case in the long run.
