Have they ever bothered for people sentiments. Have they tried to remove the corruption in lower courts where under the nose of a judge, daily Peshkar and Reader takes bribe. Common man does not have faith in judicial system, why. They consider superior to all. Drastic reforms are needed in judicial system.
Threat to judiciary if from within, no doubt about it.
But there is a threat from without also. That threat is to all institutions who try to challenge the supremacy of One person. It was Indira Gandhi during 1975-77. It s Modi in 2014-19.
