Hope such incidents/accidents would be rarest in future,many times it has been seen that drivers are using their mobile phone or listening to music with earphone which should be stopped and heavy fine must be imposed on such drivers,further speed limit must be mandatory because many are not even having valid driving license but they take the passenger vehicle resulting in accidents and heavy casualties.
