India is a very big country. We need 3 different question paper for each CBSC Exam.One for Delhi area,one for rest of India and one for offshore centers.There are thousands of centers and millions of students.It is indeed difficult to maintain total secrecy.Generally all the Indians seek short cuts to pass exams.So you can imagin the difficulty involved?
India need character how to maintain honesty . it is cleared that from question paper making , printing and distribution work were done by those people first they are responsible because for them in come our .
Have more laws than probably any other country in the world. ( means this society is probably the most corrupt in the world---simple: a more sober and docile society has to operate under fewer rules ) And we live under misconception that we are better than eg Pakistan NO In India per capita fiscal corruption is way too high compared to its all neighbours
So the students in Ghaziabad have to apper but at Meerut or Murad Nagar are exempted. WhatsApp message could not have gone there. Chandigarh Students comes undwer Haryana or Punjab. Sir punish the culprit not the student.
Has paper never leaked before 2014 be it CBSE, UPSC, SSC, Medical Entrance. Was that time ever Manmohan or Rajiv Gandhi or any PM or Congress Party directly blamed or made answerable. CVBSE is Board headed by Employees or maybe Civil Services Officers ..Bureaucrats afterall ...I feel people are coming to streets more too often ..Govt cannot be directly blamed for bureaucrats or mischief of some dalals.

Manmohan did not sermonise on Exam warriors which our Know all Pradhan_Sevak indulges so often & mind u,the CBSE Charperson is Handpicked by him,but was launching her Book in Gujrat,while students were toiling in the sun???????????

Bhaiyaji, first write about the standard of education and malpractice used in exams in Bihar. The students who stood first in the state has even no basic knowledge of any subjects.

If the government ever tried to sack these delinquent idiots, we would be faced with a barrage from the press and public alike. Lets face it, a large number of Indians are happy when there is a corrupt system, since it helps them. The loudest cries are from them who depend on a corrupt system. I am certain that those who scream 'sack sack sack ..' are the ones who have benefited from this corruption.
seems everyone wants to live here by cheating, looting others.ppl want to make crores in whatever way they can mostly immoral ways and then leave the country. all such traitors should be behind bars once identified

This episode of Leaks,demonstrated that we had the most Incompetent,Immature,Ameture Govt.of all time at the Center,which has been eating up all the Institutional Sanctitiy???????????????????

There has been many leakages earlier. Where were your incompetent, Immature behaviour at that time.
Also a sincere student shouldnt demonstrate against paper leak. Yes there may be inconvenience caused, but if you have studied and prepared for subject whats harm in giving it again.

In 10 years of previous rule every year there were leakeges but never exam is postpone or cancelled because of govt adament
