BRITISH RULE WAS THE GOLDEN ERA IN THE INDIAN HISTORY!

1. British prevented India from becoming BarbarianIslamicRepublicOfIndia (BIRI) by ending forced conversions to Izzlam by crushing Moslem domination by 1800 and unifying over 550 princely states into a single entity.
2. British, by ending rule of Mozlems (who killed 600 mil HHIndus over 1200 yrs) liberated HHindus from 1200-yrs of subjugation and gave them religious freedom.
3. British built excellent dams, bridges, railways, roads, gave equitable Justice system, modern education system by opening many universities and colleges, etc which rapidly improved the living and intellectual standards of common people. British modern medical services reduced death rate and increased life-span.
4. English language helped India to become a tech & educational superpower in the world today, in spite of some shortcomings.
5. Indians were mired in ignorance, superstitions, casteism, etc. British rule considerably weakened the barbaric caste-system and superstitions, though remnants of the system remain.
6. Indians live in delusion—believing ancient Indian culture & knowledge were superior, literacy 90% in 2000 BC, everyone was prosperous & living 300 yrs each, Indian economy was 27% of world economy in 1700, etc. These are all lies invented by scoundrels to fool Indians. Before the British, Indians were living in pathetic conditions. INDIANS SHOULD DEVELOP PRAGMATIC, PROGRESSIVE & FORWARD-LOOKING ATTITUDE.

Teaching and curriculum
by R Chakravarti on Mar 29, 2018 11:02 AM

Teaching is a difficult job. I worked at a postgraduate department of a university, so my job was relatively easy. In my opinion it is harder in the lower classes. We need to attract talent to primary schools. Among other things they should get reasonable salaries. And students should get individual attention. There should be no scolding, beating, etc..

Poor teachers are there
by b g on Mar 29, 2018 09:10 AM  | Hide replies

Well when I was studying in school, there are very few teachers whom I respect till date. There are many who just came to school to pass time and boss around. Many never cared if students understood the subject. Many drove students to tuition centers and there were many teachers who went for tuition themselves.

during my school days there were no tuition either through special coaching or by any teacher. this is during 1963-66 I was passed SSLC. but teacher took effort to learn the student and parents are also cooperating with teachers but now there is no teaching in the school but maximum tuition centers are their and parents have no time to take study of their children and sending tution. in this way education system is come down. it is not parents mistake it is mistake from govt not providing qualified teachers and appointing through back door. this situation no one can change in India and we are only blaming teachers.
