thats not what indian army chief bipin rawat says...according to him chinese army is very good and strong and the best army in asia at the moment...further he has also complained to parliamentary committee that army is not getting enough funds to modernise weapons...in fact indian weapons have become obsolete and army has no money to buy new weapons or honour recurring payments and may soon have to default on those payments...he also said pakistan and china are better prepared for war than india is...
