Why do EC feel helpless. It is a matter of time. Court has asked EC to review. What AAP doing the celebration is a drama to cover the gloom on their faces.
high court has only question the procedure of election commission to disqualify. basic question will again be answered by commission after hearing all abt office of profit
This is unfortunate the Court has supported indiscipline of the 20 MLAs. They should not have ignored Chief Election Commissioner by not replying or neglecting for 2 months. The judgment will encourage those to ignore autonomous bodies because of Court's support.

Election Commission canmot indefinitely wait for the AAP MLAs reply. it had waited sufficiently long for 2 months.
