Cut Pay to GovtMaadharChodhs (GMCs), Divert Money for Development

Nowadays many GovtMaadharChodhs (aka GMCs or Gov employees) get pensions over 30K / pm, a gov peon or junior asst gets salary Rs 35K / pm, gov teacher 50k, lecturer Rs 1.5 lak, professor Rs 2 lak, etc.

Govt is collecting taxes, like GST, Income Tax, etc from the 97% hardworking people in the pvt sector to pay exorbitant salaries to 3% GMCs. I appreciate Modi's initiatives on many fronts, but what all these tax collections are for… to pay salaries to GMCs, 90% of whom are good-for-nothing fellows?

In pvt companies, only top 3% could be corrupt, but 97% employees have to work hard. In govt companies 90% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.

GMC laggards seldom work, but work very hard when there is scope for corruption. GMCs spend 80% time eating paan & spitting on walls, talking SexPoliticsAndNonsense, playing cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is 1 hr, etc

GMCs eating up 10% GDP / yr are burden on economy. Only defense people deserve good salaries and salaries of all GMCs must be reduced to market-average levels. Stop GMCs’ salary revisions in future and divert the money thus saved for improving primary education, paying family planning incentives, paying poor farmers who are often driven to commit suicide & spreading English language among poor. PAYING HIGH SALARIES TO GMCs KILLS PATRIOTIC SPIRIT AMONG COMMON HARDWORKING POPULACE.

Immediate need is to organise all unorganised protesters, govt. is afraid of their own politicians and govt. servants, who are comfortably sitting upto retirement and with hefty salary, Maharaja like perqs. and DA linked pension at tax payers cost. They are looking after themselves not bothered for anyone. Everyone is crying for young India, but not ready to retire work force in govt. deptt. even like army pattern where a Jawan retires at 40 and Lt. Col. at 50 so as to induct new blood in army. Every politicians only talk, talk and talk no action on actual ground, as they are comfortably saddled.
Bravo to all these protesters.

demographic dividend is so disconcertingly showing itself up for what it really is - an irreversible and terminal demographic disaster !

Blame North India, the worlds worst boondock and the most productive baby factory, for that !

1. My dear nobody gives / doles you a job, you have to earn it. There are many unskilled or partially skilled jobs in construction or road laying or dam construction or bunding, even in agriculture but nobody wants them as there are less-paid / more work jobs. Govt. jobs are only for skilled and also bribe giving / taking jobs, hence U should possess loads of cash for initial investment and then to loot.
2. Modi promised jobs taking into consideration the Guajarati psyche which is business oriented, where the businessman indulges in all sorts of cheating but you should keep quiet, unlike a Bengali who creates a hue and cry on such issues.
3. Self-employment is the best source and satisfying too provided you learn quickly the tricks of the trade.

Governance or administration
by hayavadana rao on Mar 20, 2018 03:20 PM

The Government should not change the policy frequently. Before changing any policy in any sphere, there should be a logic and reason. This is not a good administration. Govt. should be practical and firm along with justice. P.M. is not supposed to look into every matter of any ministry. This ministers should be responsible and also accountable. No meaning following the path of UPA Government.
