Doyou have any knowledge of law. How a person can be treated as dead in absence of any evidence ? Till the persons are not found to be dead with evidence, they can never be treated as dead atleast for seven years.

The Congress is at it again- playing politics with dead bodies. With almost everything beyond the control of the Indian government, and with the erratic behaviour of the ISIS terrorists, it could confirm as dead only after confirmed news is obtained. Imagine a situation when the Government announces death and someone comes out alive. The Congress and the opposition will again shout from roof tops. It's time these crooks are decimated beyond recognition in the coming elections !!!
How can the MInister be expected to make a statement until it is confirmed that the victims were dead ? Making a tentative statement earlier would have been worse. The Congress must stop seeing something wrong in everything that is done.
Mr. Modi has self-hailed himself as the Pradhan Sevak. Parliament is not functioning for the last 12 days and he is not seen in the house. The way he goes around the world with his expensive suits he projects himself as the de facto External Affairs Minister. Mrs. Sushma Swaraj's role is meaningless. If the country needs to be informed about the slaughter 39 Indians as per protocol the PM should have done this job instead of leaving it to Mrs. Swaraj. Mrs. Modi's role as PM seems to be to go around the world, be in perennial election mode and accuse the Congress party and the Gandhi family ignoring governance. People are wondering whether we really need a PM to govern this country.

Cannot see a better example of beating the drum at both ends. On hand you are saying that PM acts as de-facto EAM. And on the other hand you are suggesting that PM "should have" announced the news.
It is very easy for the opposition in this Nation, first disrupt the parliament, don't let it function and then blame the Govt for lack of proceedings.
If according to you PM has not done any work then why is the opposition uniting???

sir citizens of all countries killed by isis in syria and iraq. how indian govt is reponsible for that? Do you think congress govt even take care to give details what bjp did? Dont say anything just to hate bjp. There is least corruption in BJP govt and if we need honest govt BJP is only option.

Just like your Govt. in Punjab now. Did these people take necessary permission from Central Govt. to work in Mosul? No civilized world had any type of connection with ISIS. Indian Govt. has relationship with Iraqi Govt. establishment which had no control over Mosul. Now tell me how can you get correct information about them. The ultimate truth is that 39 Indians were killed, slaughtered by the terrorists.
None of the political parties can deny this fact and the fact is that more Indians are killed every month by terrorists, right here, in our country and the Government remains a mute spectator. The politicians, all enjoy different categories of security, even though they are not threatened but there is no security for the citizen. strange, but true and a fact which cannot be changed.
It sickens one to see how low this desperate pathetic outfit of a political party can slide.
Even in the face of the direst of the situation, these scum bags try to get political mileage.
Classic case is , when a film actress passed away recently, the moron in the Congress party claims that it was under his party's government that the actress got Padmasri.

Congress Party is sure responsible for its nuisance. It shall oppose and create noise on whatever the Govt does.
If Govt acts as per rules then congress will cry about humanity.
If Govt does any humanitarian/ expedient act, then Congress shall cite lack of protocol.
Opposition party is not just for criticism and disrupting the parliament.

Dear All. How is the BJP govt responsible for the killing of Indian in Iraq by the ISIS??????? The govt tried for four years to search for them and finally on matching of DNA samples, confirms death. IF it had given up or not tried at the very beginning believing on the words of the eyewitness, that would have been wrong and bad that the govt is not trying. Shame on us that in stead of criticising the ISIS and thanking the govt for trying till end, we are finding fault with indian govt.
