losing control

the judiciary was reduced to ashes by Mrs I Gandhi ever since she came to power. Appointment of the justices at SC were largely controlled by the congress party. now that their hold is slipping they are going berserk . I am glad the muck is coming out. Nothing in the country is endangered except the nests feathered by various carpetbaggers in luyten delhi.

has carefully omitted to mention - even while labouring to suggest that the BJP govt has not tried anything like past Congress governments did to make the judiciary subservient to the executive - the BJPs proposal to set up a NJAC !

The BJPs proposal to include the Union law minister as one of the panellists to select and appoint judges is err..... too inconvenient !!
