Defence capability should be based on possibilities and not on probabilities. It must be kept strong enough to meet even the most adverse possible situation, which might not be probable but is possible. It is not a choice but a compulsion to defend against the most harmful possible combinations of enemy capabilities.
Loosing war is such an extremely bad situation that avoiding it cannot be left to assessment of probabilities.

pm SHOULD DO THING WHICH ARE FOR BETTER FOR PUBLIC.if you are liking for second term and putting hold for it. will be not good. you should abolish it as. near future member needed for constitutional change will not come. you should act for better future of country. if doing thing for coming again to power than what is the difference between you and another party.

370 article will never be abolished. BJP is bogged down by compulsion of makeshift alliance in J&K while principle opponents Cong will not even have intention of doing so and there is no other viable political alternative in the country that would even put a nail on this issue!!!
