Communism can do away with old social evils very quickly, but cannot be obtained without a very violent but well organised process, for which the people of India have neither motivation nor skills.
Moreover a communist revolution is like a natural phenomenon, which happens when situations are right but cannot normally be produced at will.

India is ruled by bourgeois since 1947 and now the right wing communal fascist BJP. Chine got independent in 1949 that means 2 years later and at that time china was very poorer than India. But after 50 years of communist rule in china, that country become the largest economy in the world. Chinese contribution to world GDP is 30%, America's contribution to the world GDP is 14%, India's contribution to the world GDP is 4%.
The communist China is going to rule whole world as was done by America.
