But what type of coalition with over 20 parties, each getting 10-30 seats. A real worst scenario with each one pulling the rope towards himself. With India ranking one of the most unhappy countries in the world but aspiring to be a top economic power with bogus exports of zem and jewelry and fake / inferior generic drug exports, Oh, what a sean!

This is the thing -20 parties each getting 10 -30 seats, with no party of this coaliation having pulling power,so the country is pulled in 20 diffent directions ,for reason of self interest.

Rahul and Pawar are demonetised currency. You can decide their value 500 or 1000.

The least the Opposition can do, for India's sake, is -----
by virendra gupta on Mar 15, 2018 08:57 PM

--to work in the parliament as parliamentarians.
--to behave like a responsible and HONOURABLE citizen.
--to give constructive criticism to debates.
--to nominate deserving persons to Rajya Sabha.
etc
--to let the parliament run.

2019 Poll.
by Abhijit Kar on Mar 15, 2018 08:57 PM

Whatever dream may Didi/Rahul/Seeta (all stooges waiting for a call from Modi) can imagine, Modi is confident to turn them around in 2019 Poll. BJP have fully tested their success of mechanism with EVM in these bye- polls in the process of surrendering Gorakhpur seat(since 1979)just for a period one year only.

They have to start highliting the shortcoming of the govt and not seculiar credentials. If they do that then BJP will walk through.

Modi failed so far
by Murali Krishnan on Mar 15, 2018 08:16 PM

While only a year remain, Modi has no option but to deliver. At present I put Modi at

Deva Gouda-Chandrasekhar-Gujral < Modi < Manmohan < Vajpayee < Narasimha Rao.

Politics spread like cancer in India
by auryas on Mar 15, 2018 07:59 PM

Every aspect of of lives seem to have politics intruded into.

From your rations, travel, school, job through civic amenities.

Politics in this country has become a cancer like disease where citizens are suffering mutely - unable to counter and completely given up.

Road sides are encroached by Flexis of politicians, Community festivals are hijacked for political publicity, national events have become sickeningly loaded with politics and even tragedies like naxal attack on CRPF have become political propaganda material ( Listen to the sicko Randeep Surjewala). Political interference in school books, exams, spending of tax money and even the air we breath and water we drink have been contaminated by politics in this country.

Politics have become private business where citizens and votes are used as so many dimes and nickels.

There needs to be a check to this menace.
