I thought this article was about AAP members manhandling an IAS officer and so Kejriwal must apologies. But turns out, Mr. Gupta has expertise in arbitrarily sneeking in BJP, central Govt, Modi, Amit Shah by somehow going tangential. I think in this article itself he would have mentioned wrong doing of BJP and central govt. more than the issue at hand, which I think could have just been limited to the CS and AAP and the apology. I think Mr. Gupta is not yet a RS member, but Mr. Ketkar has got his due.

Also, Guptaji is kind of justifying that AAP guys, as we all know are street fighter, here he means they are Robinhoods, and they fight for justice, and thing are fine even if a CS or any other IAS officer or any other person is manhandled as long as the culprits are Robinhoods. Although it is not explicitly mentioned
Many incidents of misbehavior with IAS are not reported and quietly borne the humiliation by IAS Officers.In Lalu yadav regime an IAS officer was spat at by pan chewing MLA.But beating up Chief Secretary barely a month after taking over is most deplorable.Shekhar Gupta article is seems have been written by some AAP spokesperson providing some kind of fig leaf to Kejariwal street urchin act trying to destroy the institutions of Democratic Governance
