We have more than 10 lacs defense personnel....can expect huge insurance (sum assured) for each person against lowest premium....the system should invite insurance companies to participate in a bidding system where finally the highest SA bidder at lowest premium wins the contract....in case of casualty each person can get tok biv amount.
