You mean to say that Naidu should take whatever center gives.. like beggar? If the same situation comes to your state.. will you be happy to become a beggar and beg central government for everything? Please understand that it is the responsibility of central government to fullfill its promises and its is the right of andhra pradesh people to get special status and benefits. Please also accept that Andhra pradesh is integral part of india and should not compare with China.

I also said the same. My previous post is reply for Shrinivaasan Swaminathan. Center should fulfill its promises. Now center is like autocratic. NaMo and its batch is expecting Naidu to beg. But Naidu will never do that. So far, Naidu is the best CM for Andhra Pradesh and we have seen how he developed Hyderabad without center help.

Mr. Rajagopalan articles refers only political angle. He should understand that THE PARLIAMENT constituting of 542 MPs have granted special status, steel plant, defict budget etc., to Andhra Pradesh. Waht is the sanctity of that act passed by the great parliament. who is responsible for the failure in implementing the same. Is it range the CM of AP reminding them. They can not do any thing in last four years. Where as the CM had got the contribution for development of andhra pradesh from the public of andhra pradesh of an amount of Rs. 6000 Cr by way land pooling just in one year. He had made operative of 3 private institutes in just 18 months and where as central govt., could not construct boundary walls in 4 years to the institutes promised by them even even after handing over the land for the last 12 months.
You guys need to understand that this is not the demand of Naidu. In february 2014, Arun Jaitley, Venkaiah Naidu, Manmohan singh, Jairam Ramesh proposed special status for Aandhra pradesh. Now, they are showing stupid causes to give that benefit. Both Congress and BJP promised many things like steel plant, railway zone, AIIMS, petro chemical complex, vizag-chennai corridor, Metros, polavaram irrigation project, and funds for capital building. None was provided by Nayavanchak Modi and his batch. Not only to Andhra pradesh, they provided nothing to southern states. They payed cheap politics in tamil nadu, provided nothing to Telangana,litting water disputes between southern states. Complete discrimination. Enough is enough. Its time to declare south india as separate country.

Nothing has happened at Doklam in favor of India. Modi is fooling us. They have constructed many helipads & reinforced their military strength at Doklam. This is confessed by non other than Defence minister herself recently in Loksabha.

I wonder in which world BJP supporters are living. Chinese have established a military base at Doklam after pushing the Indian army out from the area.
Not only Mr.Naidu. Whole India misread Mr.MODI. The People of India should watch a) Parliament sessions on division of AP State. (for JairamRamesh & Venkayya Naidu Games over Special Category) b) Election campaign by BJB with Mr.Pavan Kalyan for their Promises. (They said, they save in Congress Operation.... Child is safe, but Mother has to be saved. That we will do by giving "Special Status for xxxx Years)
National Parties have made AndhraPradesh People FOOLS. They lost the TRUST of AP People.
In-fact, South India is not ready to accept any NATIONAL PARTY as their Leaders.
We have not fear with Pakisthan or Bangladesh. Why our taxes should be spent on Defence... Because, we are thinking that, we are all INDIANS. South India has been ill-treating by National parties since long. South India may be disappeared from the Great INDIA's Map.

Completely agree with your comments. Now, central government reduced funds allocation to southern states. Better declare South India as special country.
The present scenario indicates that Mr Modi will respect if have sizeble seats likes UP and Bihar. He promised special status to Andhra thinking that they will not come to power. After coming to power they are talking of practicality. That means before elections PM is not practical after results he became practical. Mr Jaitly mentioned if he has to compromise defense expenditure to give funds to Andhra. Does it mean that he compromised national security for Bullet train?
The 'special status' cannot be given to any state without constitutional amendment, only 'special provisions' related mainly to administration and representation have been given to NE and hill states under article 371. Jammu & Kashmir is the only state with 'special status' under article 370..
