Gen Rawat

our political parties cannot digest the truth, even if it concerns the national security. for them their vote bank is important. 100 years back Britishers (Christians) were ruling us. 100 years from, it will go into the hands of muzzis.

I very strongly feel the Chief of Army must stay away and politics and pay more attention to the continuous turmoil going on amongst the serving and the retired for parity and pay and pension. AND the way army men are being treated.

Need for public awareness is precisely the point in favour of his speaking out.

People need to be aware of terorrism, politically petronaged illegal immigration ... seculars try their best to hide such grave danger to the NATION.

True. Why do you do this? What Mr Ponnambalam commented was right. In Indian democracy 'Freedom of Speech' must have certain limitations. The Army General has certain immunity and they shoulder highest responsibility of the safety and security of the Country and its people. Journalists shall desist from commenting so not to demoralise them. Of course, they are not weak to take all this.
Thanks.

That can be true in ideal situations ... But our country runs through an entirely unhealthy system, when all SECULAT (SICKULAR) political parties like communists, congress etc petronage illegal muslim immegrants from B'desh, 5 crores of people have entered country illegally in that way creating very unhealthy things in the country, hardly the things are running in normal way ...

So someone has to speak out the TRUTH...

If it is the army general to speak the TRUTH, when the all secular (sickular) prties want to hide that in their short term gain and create long term trouble to the country, so why not the army general will speak the "TRUTH" ??

Nicely dressed up with cosmetics and ornaments

Come another Nehruvian secular (i.e. sickular) media reporter, in the mold of communists and Congressi's, lady Presstitude Aditi Phadnis, to run after Army chief, whose team does not work in AC environment like you, you are allowed to run away in adverse situations, they are not ... rather they remain prepared to give their life and they do give, so your understanding of life and theirs must have some difference.

Do you kindly understand nicely dressed up with cosmetics and ornamemnts, dear column writer lady?

Dear living in safety and comfort lady, you need to prove that you have reached the necessary level !!!!

professional credentials are unimpeachable.including what he said
by R ponnabalam on Mar 07, 2018 02:36 PM

General Rawat's professional credentials are unimpeachable. That includes what he has spoken now.He can not and he has not forgotten the mooto in IMA"'The safety, honour and welfare of your country come first, always and every time. The honour, welfare and comfort of the men you command come next. Your own ease, comfort and safety come last, always and every time.'">by being the so called" having tact" he would have given his ease comfort the first place.Right he didn't do so.

indian democracy has different rule for different people
by R ponnabalam on Mar 07, 2018 02:27 PM

"Chiefs of Army Staff in India have not been tactful about politicians, but they have stayed clear of politics."Why?Are the Politicians offered extraordinary rights that C.O.S has to be tactful and not factful about things related to defence. What is that tactful and what are not tactful? "General Rodrigues had to live with the shame of having to give a written apology to the defence minister for his remarks." reads this write up. One high level officer who went public in Time capsule affair had been suspended first and it came in news paper. What happened later was unknown.Recollect recent past. India has different rule for different people.R.Ponnambalam

A country that has never won a war has to be cautioned.
by R ponnabalam on Mar 07, 2018 02:12 PM

Where do we stand on the ladder of equity? This is a question that citizens of the republic can ask the state after 70 years of legislating welfare laws and adjudicating measures to deliver social justice.""The ground reality is dismal," he(Hamid Ansari) said during the inaugural address at the 9th.If that is right ,like that every citizen of the country has a right to be told, Where do we stand on the ladder of Country’s safety on the motto –" 'The safety, honour and welfare of your country come first, always and every time” after having lost wars in 1962,1965.Kargil war and after having had a question in UPSC examination sometimes in 1964-65 “ The history of India is the history of invasions on India”-Discuss”and all what was said in 1880 about india as they are available in internet. With all our tact in it’s history India has never won a war.See what Mr. Abdur Rahman Dojanwe had said in 1880s..The COS speak is perfectly in order r.Ponnambalam
