Instead of wasting the time in parliament, the congress should apologize the nation for the PNB scams held during their rules. The congress should also apologize the nation for bifurcating the unified andhra without planning

in cricket, if the bowler or batsman or fielder or captains object to umpire or talks against him, they is immediate action in the form of cut in their prize money or banning from next couple of matches etc.
Same is the case with foot ball or any sport for that matter.
For running the country, MPs sit together to discuss on the important matters concerning nation, Why not those strict rules prevail in parliment...??
