You better mail to kerala government, it is a state subject and not national subject unless the matter goes to supreme court like jallikattu of your state!!

Yes, such piercing to be done after they have grown and decide where to pierce and what to wear. Parents are temporary guards of children. They dont have full ownership

It's a miracle that Ms Srilekha born and brought up in Thiruvananthapuram, took more than 55 years to come to know and understand such a thing in her neihgbour hood? That too a IPS person. There are many severe acts madam. just have a look, before trying to take on this offering. Hope, this is not a step to appease the CPM led government.
