Third grade thinking, cow is also living being,all need help when required.
But in the present case,shameful for attending doctors & nurses who were duty bound to provide ambulance for the patient and more shameful for state govt. where greedy and corrupt employees are more interested in making money than helping the common men which they are duty bound to do.
It is high time that all govt.employees are made accountable which will help in improvement of pathetic condition.
