There are people who dont want to follow constitution when it comes to their rligion and the follow same constitution rligiously when question of their rights come...similarly in every sphere of life people chose selective approach to suit their needs and egos...sometime they even risk their life...see the fate of Kashmir so called militants....
Who should be responsible for such lapses in DGCA department under the Central Government of India. There is no importance of Human life in India, everyday lots of people are dying in J&K, actual figure is not coming out- what action is being taken from Ministry of Home Affairs side- only commenting through media, TV and newspapers will not serve the purpose, ground reality must be there. Telling something before elections and at the time of campaigning during election period by big guns, chamachas of all political parties and their spokes persons will not mitigate the human lives in India. Government of India should come forward and take stern action to stop Rail Accidents, Flight accidents, Road accidents etc. without any loss of time.

Main problem in India is that people don't want to follow the rules. For example- if government says that obey traffic signals, people will try to behave smart and risk their lives by breaking traffic rules. If government says that a couple irrespective of caste, religion etc should bear only 2 children (at a max). But some people will say that our religion does not say that only 2 children should be borne etc etc. This is the crux of the problem due to which whatever schemes government of any party brings, we will not develop to the level of a 1st world country (till people themselves change).
