Yes , i fully agree with the contents, and the matter is aggravated because of police/official and to certain extent judicial apathy.

The officialdom and the indian police is of the mindset that they can play as they like, with the lower strata of the society and the working class as far as they are in the good books of their bosses and the political masters.

Application of "rule of law " was never equal in the history of the independent india, and the rich and powerful always carry on with ease as far as rule of law is concerned and it is the poorer section of the society was made to bear the brunt always.

Whole judicial system is defective, needs drastic reforms. We want justice of all crimes on fast track method cutting unwanted procedures, witnesses and too many documentations.
