How can we forget the tears of the mothers of our IPKF paratroopers who lost life because their operation was compromised?
There was a time in India when no one was safe, not even the PMs, it was a pores system of government rigged by interests and I think NDA 1 was not very different (Kandahar hijack).
Modi government has been able to set new standers of governance and they have my appreciation as an insignificant voter. Yes there can be arguments about the need etc and it is a part of the democratic process.
Lal Bahadur Shastri ordered army to open as many fronts as they like to tame Pakistan.Our forces surrounded Lahore and Pakistan had to seek permission from Indian army to land any plane in Lahore airport. This happened in 1965. Again in 1971 Indian army captured about one lakh Pakistani solders in East Pakistan and Bangla Desh was created under PM Indira Gandhi. The surgical strike, about which Narendra Modi is giving so much publicity, is like a border skirmish and not a full scale war. Let the BJP surpass the action of 1965 or 1971 and say anything they have achieved. Uninvited Modi rushed to Nawaj's home to greet him with happy birth day will never be forgotten by Indians as that was not needed at all.

It may take some brain to understand the different between two.
1965 and 1971, the victories were big, but the outcome was big ZERO. Both wars were faught in reponse. This is first time, India striked first.
What happened to captured Lahore? What happened to 1 Lakh paki soldiers? Did we get anything concrete out of it? Again answer is big NO.
Because we gave up all leverage we had for nothing. We could have kept the area and release it against Kashmir, but No, political leaders of the time were too timid to take full advantage of those things and then you come back and ask to exceed the achievement???
This is new India, which will not take things lying down. We will be proactive and reply harder.
I remember that a few days after the operations Congress and their lumpen started to shout about showing the proof of the strike. Now they are telling, when some proofs are out the BJP (read Govt) is politicizing the event. Is it strange, or politics?

Rupee is all time low...Rs.69...GST collection is 20 thousand crores less then previous yrs collections.. Demonetization a big failure.. starting from Amit shah co-operative bank...So start debate.. The topic is about surgical strike. Can anyone give only 1 answer. When the surgical strike had taken place , the kangress said show us proof , they said we dont belive it has happened , and now when proof is showed , they are talking of some other topic , can u give us your answer on that, dont deviate from the question - kangress has been proved false about the surgical strike .Question- do u think kangress should apoligise for doubting the indian army ? yes or no
