America for Americans

I think Nikki Haley represents the opinion that some in Canada would want in U.S. and, she is entitled to it. But if POI in U.S. really want to exercise their franchise freely, they need to think as Americans and not as remains of an Empire.

It is certain that POI are fast becoming a votebank and it is that both nations see diffidently. and even use it as an advantage over other.

I prefer the American view, because an India broken into munchable votebanks by destroying a nation is not a good idea to me.

And besides, even the modern Culture War of CA, what is it supposed to do?
Make people feel miserable of what their origins are? if you are white, there are tools to deal with you, Black in a different way, POI in a driftnet way, woman, POI woman worst.
so culture war has tools for everyone and Nikki Haley’s micro targeting seems more for home consumption at POI audience.
But it has nuisance value for us in India.

Is the Culture War of CA not a good way of saying Divide and Conquer? When India achieved independence a great American leader said ‘Don’t give them freedom because they’ll not be able to keep it’.

Who lost it first? I mean it is coming to us as well with, stones, grenades and IEDs. But we don’t send governments to the world who look down upon other nations.

I disagree with Nikki Haley’s comments and opinion about India, or the stand of U.S. of what India should do bilaterally with Iran.

Don't teach us about Religious Freedom or tolerance. It is well preserved here. Don't just poke your nose in the internal natterof India.
Just tell us how many Muslims were tortured or imprisoned after 9/11 in america? that's enough.

Why we tolerate these sermons by (Indian) Americans as if we are their slaves. In their own country they are making entries of Muslims forbidden, and here she visits a captured Hindu temple known as Humayans tomb and talks about religions freedom !Especially NRIS living in US hve this 'air' abut them which is disgusting.
Has she come to threarten India as an American on certain issues ?

We think freedom of religion is as important as freedom of rights and freedom of people,"Is it for all countries or does it exclue the country which has in 70 yrs made it's Hindu Population to proselytize that the Hindu population is now 1.5 to 2% from that 15% it was in 1947.R.Ponnambalam

British while leaving India in 1947 ensured that the Minority community has more rights than the Hindu community in every respect. Soniagandi created NCMEI to give NOC to minority-run institutions so that state govts/babus cannot harass them. Modi can establish a similar body for Hindu schools/colleges. don't need a bill in Parliament.

why is so much value is ascribed to the preservation of Tomb ? Its good that its been preserved but we need to showcase our true cultural artifacts, there are so many and madam has to be taken around. not just to burial sites/tombs which do not reflect our culture completely.

True religious freedom is as important as rights but at the same time it is government duty that religions with lot of resources at their disposal should not exploit financial weaker section & lure them financially or otherwise to convert to other religions.missionaries in India are indulging in such acts which you should also condemn

Very true. Religious organizations with lot of resources (legally or illegally amassed wealth) at their disposal, should not lure the financially weaker sections (who make a living only through legitimate means) and pressurize them to get converted to other religions. Any organization for that matter (whether religious or missionaries or any other) should refrain from such "conversions", which itself has been a serious threat to religious freedom and secularism in India. This issue should be addressed seriously.
