Hindus are equally resposible as they are one of most selfish breed.Hindus kings earlier helped Moguls to keel other kings and thus invaders were able to RULE india for such a long time.still they are not united.
kashmiri muslims have illegally occupied the houses and lands of the Kahsmiri pandits all these 30yrs after they were made to flee their homeland because of violence unleashed by the terror groups based in kashmir and also the Pak based terror forces. Govt should identify the people lovers in kashmir and seek their help to identify the rogue elements and also give harsh punishment for the stone pelters by arresting their parents and putting them in jail. because of one child the whole family will suffer, which may bring in a changein the minds of the pelters Its time that state and central govttake steps in making sure that the kashmiri pandits are given back their property or pay them enough compensation in todays market price for the property they have lost because of violence.
Also the forces should start sanitizing each area to find terror groups and its sympathizers. Not allow them regroup and create issues for the govt administration in helping the poor. Scatter the kashmiri muslim or push themm deep in the cold mountain ranges or Ladak areas. stop deveopment in the areas which are known for stone pelters, cut the power and water supply to those areas which will make them move to other areas. ie concentrate in one area rather than be scattered. it will be easy for the admin to target them. Also announce schemes for the public to help identify the terrorists in a given area for a better living of their family.

Rather A small Army base should be made around the homes of Kashmiri Pandits...

Mehbooba is not reliable and is incapable to protect kashmiri pandits.
