Why Chinese presence is required for India and Pakistan sorting out bilateral issues? Is China trying to act like big brother? It will be tripartite talks to begin with. Then, China will assume the position of arbitrator, and consequences are well known. This mischievous and misleading suggestion should be kicked out lock stock and barrel. China should be told in no uncertain words that their mediation is totally uncalled for and unwarranted.
