People , Drivers , doctor’s, employees, police, officers= etc... are becoming irresponsible...overloading in bus truck boat., rickshaw etc .....violation of rules n regulations , lethargy towards own duty.... Exgratia should be recovered by selling Bus, Assets of driver,owner of the luxury.. there needs to be checking by police...people do not have “Darr” of laws, police ...there is no human value...people want Achche Din...if all perform their duties...there will be achche din for everyone...
