if we want to be 10% of what japan is
by auryas on Jun 13, 2018 10:58 AM

We need to kick mediocrity out of government, business and innovation. We should protest against sub standard people getting into jobs that are crucial nature. We should prevent substandard students getting into schools that are meant to produce top notch professionals.

Unionbaazi must be rejected at all costs. Any one who is under performing must be sent home. In a society like ours , we can not afford 'pass mark' employees at the steering because they are some 'oppressed caste'.

We need to encourage excellence and not irrational competition.

We need to hold every elected representative accountable for every word he or she says. When a neta says that it is 'political vendetta' when he is caught with his hands in the cookie jar, we need to hold that neta responsible and demand proof. Elected representatives must be held for perjury, lying.

Govt to act as catalyst for change ? Change what ?? So many political parties will play caste card. Education n govt job sector under mandal ayog. 40% marks obc guy will get entry in engineering and 88% guy cant because he is not in that catogery. If govt tries a little to improve all opposition will trounce on dalit card. How will changes come ?

Society

Writer seeing Stars in day time. Society is not going to change in India, it remains caste centric, religion based, free attitude of spreading dirt here and there and regionalism based as largely seen in India and Shivsena is good example of that.
