Donations to political parties from foreign and Indian companies have been made anonymous by the amendments of 2017 and 2018 in the Companies Act, 2013 through the Finance Act of 2017.
As per the amendment in the Companies Act, 2013, made through the Finance Act 2017, companies can make unlimited donations to political parties while remaining faceless.
The Finance Bill 2018, which has been passed and awaits the Presidents assent, has changed the definition of what constitutes a foreign company.

Just because he happens to be in a place where he can influence things he is taking undue advantage. Not once has he quoted an instance of any data misuse. He is simply crying wolf...this will happen, that will happen .... * He seems to have a vested interest and agenda to spread wrong notions about aadhar. What privacy is he talking about ? Most apps today take access to our contacts, messages, call history, contacts otherwise they do not get activated, so what is he worried about. Can he cite any instance of aadhar biometric data having been compromised ???
