No, instead beg for every thing, land, water, seeds, fertlizers, pesticides, higher MSPs year after year, Interest / loan waivers / write offs, and the rest of the people including beggars have to pay highest prices for their poor category, pesticide-full end product while China gives it at 1/4th price.Let Govt. buy their goods and donate but we, the consumers want at the cheapest international prices when so many commodities are priced so like crude, metals etc.

Farmers have already selling vegetables to Reliance fresh and are happy as they give better price with out bargain...

Congress wants to litter farmers on roads for begging to sell there vegetables.

In last 70 years this method never made them rich and they remained poor...

Try to accept truth that without bug business tycoons nothing can be streamlined. Even these people depend on there marketing team...

The journalist of this article seems to be a Naxalite supporter. His thoughts are anti national and provocative. It seems he has no interest in the development of India. He seems to be a problem creater. Such journalists are garlanded by REDIFF. Really unfortunate.

Farmers Vs Corporates
by Bharat on Jun 06, 2018 05:59 PM  | Hide replies

This Firdaus is a completely illiterate guy. Does not understand economics.

Farmers USP is growing. Corporates can sell better than Farmers. Even today, Fiurdaus's brothers / sisters the so called middle man / agents make money by buying from farmers and selling in the markets.

BJP is eliminating these middle man / agents - Firdaus's brothers and sisters.
