The mindset of the Indian judiciary has got to change. Keeping such animals alive militates against the civilised world and norms of civilised behaviour. These are the dregs of the society who indiscriminately planted and continue to plant bombs and IEDs knowing fuklly well that such bombs do not and cannot discriminate who they kill be it men, women, guilty not guil;ty, adult or child, Hindu or Muslim. Such people must die and that too as violently as they killed the others.
