The Hon`ble SC and the CJI with his usual brother justices need to note this clear admission before the entire nation that it is dangerous to disclose even the Aadhar Number ! The cat is surely out of the bag and govt. need not pursue this matter which has all the portents of harm and State surveillance.
We are forced to furnish AADHAR Numbers to Banks, Insurance Companies, to all govt agencies etc before confirming its security and now it cannot be withdrawn - the Govt be cause. It could have been used for ONLY identity purpose.
Mandatory requirement of Aadhaar must be removed forthwith with immediate effect. so, Aadhaar must not be compulsory, it has to be just like voter id, driving license etc etc.
