I am not a fan of the western view of theHindu because it mostly runs along the Brit version(AryanDravid theory). Just as theTibetens theHindu attach a lot of importance to point of death and the Chakra theory. The story of Karna at the point of death explains some of it, when he was not able to leave body because of the weight of his good, and LordKrishna came to his aid. SaintTukaram has a beautiful way of putting it, he says to put the weight of livelihood in the feet of the lord(not the livelihood itself).

I don’t know what Chatrapati’sRajyabhishek means for others but according to tradition only a King can change a cast. Backward or Forward I don’t know, Chatrapati’sRajyabhishek is a fact of history.
Maharashtra Government should call ARMY to handle such political protest,whose father(BAAP) will pay for the losses to MSRTC.Governement should not release the protesters and keep them behind the bar atleast for 5-6 years,including the politicians who so ever is behind this protest.No one have given them rights to burn buses,Pvt vehicles etc.Its a shame on Maratha leaders who are directing their supporters to burn the vehicles.

such a thing will never happen. Politicians will only split people for votes. The poverty is only a card. to get votes. poor people are ot votebanks. but caste card is. because the can be maintained so.

JMCs destroyed Rs 25000 crores property agitating for OBC reservns in 2016.
Recently, I saw a GMC flaunting an unlicensed pistol in a UP town restaurant, talking loudly.
Now Patidars (PMCs), the most ProsperousMaadharChodhs, want reservns under OBC.
In the guise of 'Champions for the cause of OBCs' these criminals, using reservns, are getting seats in IITs, IIMs, univs, etc, becoming IAS, Class 1 & other gov officials; and ministers, CMs, etc.
It’s high-end OBCs who torture SCs / STs. Remove the criminals like JMCs, YMCs, GMCs, PMCs, etc and also the wealthy like Modis, Jaiswals, Kapus, etc from OBC list and reduce OBC reservns to 20% and only the Most Backwards Classes (MBCs) should get reservns. Remove the better off SC s / STs. Gives SC, ST, 15%, 5%; MBC 15%; FCs BPL 5% and leave 60% for merit.

There is a widespread Maratha Quota stir in Maharashtra recently.
Committing suicides in favour of reservation is not end solution of the problem.
Earlier, in Haryana - JAT QUOTA Stir followed by Dalit Quota stir and lot of quota stirs under progress.
Tomorrow, Assamese, Orrian,Malaylis, Tamils,Bengalis, Gujratis, Haryanvis, Punjabis, Rajasthanis and people belonging to each state start demanding quota as all communities have equally contributed in Idian freedom movement, and play significant role in country's development. As per constitution, right to equality is everybody's privilege and in case Maratha's demanding reservation then rest are no behind for the same privilege.
There is lot of blood shed on such reservations and lot of damages done on govt property, looting, arson, killings. This is because of vested interest of some politicians who infuse fires for their vote banks causing problems for others.
In my opinion this quota system should completely be eliminated. In case, some reservation is given it should be purely looking into the background of poor people who are below the poverty line irrespective of any cast, community based on merits setting judicious parameters so that such stirs do not take place.

all these movements are happening to sabotage brahmins because all these b_a_s_t_a_r_d_s know that they can never compitate with brahmins in merit and they will grap 90% seats and jobs in merit if reservation is removed 100% though this brahmins are only 3% of total population. YOU CAN SAY ALL THESE RESERVATION DEMANDING PEOPLE ARE SEEDLESS, B_A_S_T_A_R_D_S, S_0_N OF B_I_T_C_H_E_S. I open challenge everyone in this forum, if you have guts to compitate in merit come forward without reservation protection and defeat brahmins on merit. OTHERWISE ACCEPT YOU ARE ALL B_0_R_N TO MANY F_A_T_H_E_R_S AND SEEDLESS.
