One can expect huge number of court cases coming up with this ridiculous register. Those who have been left out have every reason to question this corrupt system & Govt which has virtually nil legitimacy. If PIL's are not filed in the High Court or Supreme Court this country is headed for another partition with Modi & RSS being solely responsible.

No you are wrong Inzzy ??? To write a petition the person should be an Indian Citizen and have a valid document. Since all Bangladeshis came after 25th March 1971 are not Indian Citizen. They have to show valid documents where their names are written and that document must have a date before 25th March' 71. If invalid document or manipulated document are being submitted which is practiced every where no-a-days, then legal action will be taken against that person. So it is not easy to challenge against such Register in Court. Because this is a Correct and error free Register which is drafted or the first time in India since Independence.

It is Govt Decision.... PIL in such cases happens in India only....to allow somebody to reside in my house is my decision...nobody can force ....

There you are. Rape and such heinous crimes are most often committed people who are mentally sick. The solution therefore lies in identifying and segregating them. Psychopaths with such tendencies must be confined to asylums. People should stop playing politics on such issues and collectively address them.

Yes you are correct. Govt. spends 1000s of Crores every year for Poor Citizens of India to uplift their living standards. But it is a bad luck for these Poor Indian Citizens that illegal persons came to India by giving bribe at borders to have a share of the benefits which is exclusively for the Poor Indian Citizens.
