"BRITISH"
by keeth Lapersonne on Sep 27, 2018 12:28 PM

The "BRITISH" introduced all these ancient & absurd laws to suit they own conveniences or systems (what ever it may have been)at that point of time... It's now about time we bring in laws which are applicable or in line with this day & age..... I rest my case!!!!!!!!!

Adultery under section 497
by Clear Mind on Sep 27, 2018 12:15 PM  | Hide replies

If a man leaves home to work, he previously had a legal protection that any man trying to enter his house to have a sexual relationship with his wife with her consent is punishable under section 497. Now if that protection is removed, then his right for legal remedy is lost.

On a single exceptional case of Delhi, whole male community is branded as culprit, we all must oppose such one sided laws.

Sir the point of the article is to show that you can actually commit what you have written. A man in a marriage can have sexual relations with other women and would be legal by written law. The article aims to show how this outdated adultery law is not only backward-but more importantly discriminatory in nature.

Our judiciary is also highly responsible for this state. They go on with TPR's of the media and the funny laws created in the parliament. I think it is to create fear psychosis in people (innocent).
